Why Does a Cushion Change as You Use It?

Most cushions currently use a "Saturated Sponge" (impregnated type), which releases
the formula through puff pressure. While it offers a great initial feel, its
limitations become clear over time:
Product Waste
The formula settles at the bottom, making it unreachable for the puff. Typically,
only about 70% of the content is actually usable.

Formulation Constraints
High-viscosity formulas are difficult to saturate and release(limiting high-cover
claims), while low-viscosity formulas are prone to leakage.

Inconsistent Dosage
The payoff (amount released) at the beginning versus the end varies significantly,
leading to consumer dissatisfaction.
The "changing experience" consumers complain about isn't a quality issue of your
formula—it's an inherent limitation of the saturated sponge.
